Terms of Service for THE UMBRA GROUP LLC

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Productivity Vault, a digital product and service offered on Verfocus.site by THE UMBRA GROUP LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using this product, you agree to the following Terms.

1. Product Description

The Productivity Vault is a digital productivity program including accountability check-ins, guides, and communication-based support via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email. It is designed to help users increase focus, consistency, and output.

2. Payment and Billing

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing the product, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. If you choose a recurring subscription, you agree to automatic billing at the stated interval unless you cancel beforehand.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content and personalized setup, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds after access to the Productivity Vault has been granted or services have begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact us at blakkwiddoo@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge for review.

4. Access and Delivery

Once purchased, you will receive onboarding and service instructions via your chosen platform (email, WhatsApp, or Telegram). You are responsible for ensuring we have correct contact information and that our messages are not filtered or blocked. We are not liable for missed communications caused by incorrect or outdated user data.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Productivity Vault, you agree to:

• Participate truthfully and actively in the check-in process
• Not share, reproduce, or resell the materials provided
• Refrain from abuse, spam, or misuse of the service

Violation of these terms may result in service termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Productivity Vault is the intellectual property of THE UMBRA GROUP LLC. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access and use the materials. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Productivity Vault. Your success depends on your own effort and consistency. This product is not a medical or therapeutic program and is intended for general productivity purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, THE UMBRA GROUP LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Productivity Vault after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The current version will always be available on Verfocus.site.
