Due to the digital nature of our product and the personalized setup involved, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once access to the Productivity Vault has been granted or services have begun, no refunds will be issued.

By purchasing the Productivity Vault through Verfocus.site, you agree to this policy and understand that results may vary based on your individual commitment and consistency.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We’ll review the case and work with Stripe to resolve any genuine issues.
